Performance Medicine

The Brief

Performance Medicine, a well-established name in physiotherapy, faced the challenge of revamping its brand image & relaunching without losing its essence. The goal was to highlight Performance Medicine’s pioneering role in vocal physiotherapy & its esteemed clientele in the performing arts industry.

Ex Animo collaborated closely with Annie, the founder & her team to craft a brand image & strategy that reflected the core values of Performance Medicine while giving it a fresh and modern look. The project included developing a comprehensive communication strategy, planning the launch & creating all brand assets, including a new website, Interior design, signage & social media platforms.

Key Challenges

  • Limited Time: A tight schedule for rebranding & a relocation.
  • Unique Brand Proposition: Clearly defining and communicating the unique value of Performance Medicine.
  • Limited Resources: Efficiently utilising available resources.
  • Website Issues: The previous website lacked clear direction, had poor design, was not user-friendly & had no integration with social media, leading to a lack of ROI.

Objectives

  • Position Performance Medicine as a pioneer in Vocal Physiotherapy.
  • Establish Performance Medicine as the go-to physiotherapy clinic for dancers and artists.
  • Increase clientele from the performing arts industry.
  • Expand the overall studio clientele.
  • Highlight the range of classes offered & the expertise of physiotherapists & doctors within the studio.

Approach

To achieve these goals, Ex Animo developed a compelling brand story to support Performance Medicine’s high-end positioning. This story was brought to life through various channels, including:

  • Video Production: Capturing the essence of Performance Medicine’s services, back stage
  • Digital Marketing: Leveraging online platforms to reach a wider audience.
Photography: Showcasing the clinic’s state-of-the-art facilities & vibrant diverse community.
  • Social Media Strategy: Creating engaging content to build brand awareness & connect with potential clients.
  • Website Development: Designing a user-friendly, visually appealing website with clear navigation & integration with social media.

The rebranding & relaunch of Performance Medicine positioned the clinic as a leader in vocal physiotherapy and the go to choice for producers of broadway shows, dancers & artists. The new website & digital strategies significantly increased user engagement & client inquiries, leading to a broader clientele base. The successful launch event also garnered positive community attention, further solidifying Performance Medicine’s reputation in the industry.
